Seeds:
10 min. bleach | 2 - 5 min. rinse or 1 - 10 min. rinse
or
Sterilize by soaking in 2% PPM 4 hrs with no rinse - I use this for all seeds and it works great all the time
Leaves
Alcohol dip | 20 min bleach | 2 - 5 min rinse or 1 - 15 min rinse
or
Alcohol dip | 10 min bleach | 2 - 5 min rinse | 1 hr 5% PPM | No rinse, transfer directly to media

Different leaf types will need treated differently.
Media:
4 cups water | 1/2 teaspoon MS w/Vitamins (50% MS) | 2 tablespoons sugar (25g) | 1 ml PPM | PH 5.6
Some leaves and most flower stalks can be used. I will try and get this section completed sometime this year. Tissue culture stalks in above media and sterilize per sundew flower stalk.
