Drosera nidiformis
Drosera nidiformis
Rosetted Subtropical Sundew
Drosera Nidiformis comes from S. Africa and grows in just about anything. Drosera nidiformis has a dry winter dormancy. The dry dormancy is not needed in cultivation, but if the soil becomes to dry Nidiformis will slip into dormancy.

Summer Temps should range from 65 - 80 F and the humidity should remain above 50%, 65 - 75% is best. If D. Nidiformis has glue drops all over the pads the humidity & light levels are probably high enough. D. Nidiformis can take bright light but try to avoid the direct afternoon sun and watch the heat. Care sheet included.

Dry climate? Get a fish bowl to plant it in, available on the Empty Terrariums page.
